The production line occupies only 50% of the space required by ring-type modular equipment.
Equipped with CNC positioning technology, its energy consumption is approximately 65% that of heavy-duty CNC
production lines, saving users significant operating costs.

as needed.
Thanks to its advanced design and mature technology, installation and commissioning are extremely easy, enabling

Multi-functional demolding machine
- Multifunctional: vacuum demoulding, mold knocking and automatic packaging are available to meet various
demoulding requirements for different user products.
- Fast forming speed: up to 14 molds/mins; higher capacity is also available.
- The demoulding machine is equipped with a drying function, featuring precise temperature control and
easy parameter setting.
Disposable Vacuum Reservoir
- Compared with moving parts of 200 kg in traditional depositors, the moving parts of our lightweight CNC depositor
weigh less than 10 kg, enabling light and fast movement.
- Energy consumption and operating costs are greatly reduced, while reliability is significantly improved.
- The standard depositor is equipped with 48 sets of pistons, with a deposition accuracy of ±0.1 g.
Larger capacity is also available.
- The positioning speed is normally between 6 and 8 molds per meter.
