One Shot Big Capacity Production Technology
In response to the growing demand for One Shot capacity, g&d has introduced a large capacity one shot line with a maximum capacity of 2000kg/h to meet customers' large capacity needs.
g&d's big-capacity production line still uses super modular design and light CNC depositing technology, with high-capacity coolers, high-capacity one shot depositor, and high-capacity demolders which is customized for Nestle.
g&d's large capacity one shot line consumes energy less than 50% of the same capacity line of other suppliers, saving the customer about $20,000 per year in power consumption (10 hours of production per day, 200 days per year).
The production line can also be upgraded to other large capacity lines by combining other equipment, such as decoration lines, cold press lines, etc.
