We design all our moulding lines,stand-alone depositors and devices to be modular to allow either building a complete line in steps,to upgrade existing lines or even to change the entire production ranges by adding machinery in the open architecture of our system.

This is our basic production line,which can be expand by adding any modules to this line at any time you want.
1. The molds are conveyed in line from section to section by a timing belt system.
2. A continuous warm air flow heats up the mold thoroughly on their way between demoulding and depositing.The chocolate mass and mold therefore have a balanced temperature ratio,which increase the quality of product,also the gloss of product.
3. The depositor is the most important component of the chocolate production line.Our light CNC depositor is highly precise and flexible,can make many times depositing according to request.The depositing head can move in each directions to draw any shapes you like.The depositing precision can be up to 0.1 gram.
4. When the chocolate pass through a vibrator,the shaking station will balance the flow of chocolate in the mold.
5. The molds pass through the individual tiers of the cooler,The mass is gradually and gently cooled through cold air circulation via downwind air flow.This ensures an even cooling of the material across the whole cooling period.The temperature is measured by sensors and can be adjusted on the operating panel if required.The cooler also has dying function.
6. Molds travel out of the cooling tunnel,traveling along the lower side conveyor,back the demoulding machine.
7. Vacuum sucker for demoulding,if any articles left,hammers ensure that all articles are demold gently and in their entirety.
The features of this production line:
1. This line can keep advanced and useful for more than 10 years.
2. In order to minimum factory space,each module has been designed with a return conveyor at the bottom to bring the molds back to the beginning of the circuit where the demoulding machine is located.This means the line can be completely straight,or like an L or S,save factory space 50%.
3. All modules are on wheels and each modules can connect to any others,this means you can have an extremely flexible manufacturing setup.
4. The equipment works with mould sizes 450*230mm or 450*450mm.The tracking inserts inside machine so that control the indexing through the modules and comes with wifi access for remote updates to the CNC programs,remote support and training.
5. Both sides are easily accessible,so maintenance works can be carried out quickly ,easily and therefore economically.
6. All product program settings are stored in a recipe management system.That means you are always working with the right parameters for your product.
7. Quick mas exchange and easy hopper cleaning program stored in PLC.

The other chocolate machine manufacturer in China
LST
This is a small supplier of chocolate equipment in China, their factory is leased, most of their technology is copy, the ability of independent research and development is weak.In the Chinese market, they mainly serve middle and low end customers, the equipment mainly includes chocolate grinding, tempering, depositing, Enrobing and coating. Because of the small scale and limited technical strength, their technologies are very common except for some advantages in chocolate coating equipment.Many of their newly developed equipment has technical defects and imperfections.
LST produced traditional chain-type depositing lines,they made some technical improvements, but stability and reliability are still their main problems.There are large technical defects of their heavy CNC depositor ,the movement is more bulky, few customers in China use their equipment.Both of their cooling system and demolding system have many problems,especially cooling system.Because of the lack of independent R & D capability, their other functional equipment is less, which can not provide users with more technical solutions and product innovation.
Golden Eagle and Gusu
Golden Eagle and Gusu are the earliest manufacturers of chocolate equipment in China, engaged in grinding, heat preservation, tempering, depositing, coating,enrobing , sugar row and other more comprehensive chocolate production equipment. The company is large, but the quality is ordinary; these companies mainly copy foreign technology, independent R & D capabilities is not good.
Golden Eagle has just begun to study heavy CNC depositing technology since 2019, and the corollary equipment such as demoulding and cooler is still in the research and development stage.
